Franchise Owner Visibility

DhammaVivah operates through independently owned local franchises, each responsible for a district. To support this model, the franchise owner assigned to your district can see the following about your profile:

Full name
Mobile number
City and district
Highest education level
Verification status

This access exists solely to let your franchise owner assist members in their territory and is tied to a territory-based commission and support model. Franchise owners do not see your address, income, family details, photos, or any other profile information. Every action a franchise owner takes on your profile (identity verification, premium status, complaint handling) is logged for review by DhammaVivah head office.
